CALIFORNIA LICENSED-Attorney Advertising. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.

I work all over California- Northern California, Southern California, Central, anywhere per Remote Hearings.

All kinds of CALIFORNIA civil litigation-new counsel barred in the second-year of practice. I have worked on varied range of cases. For my commercial client, I won this eviction unlawful detainer trial on COVID-19 moratorium promulgations; in a different case, I dismissed a client with prejudice from a 5+million dollar trial on day 2 of trial with advocacy; also, I settled a case for a quadriplegic person for $45,000 at a living healthy facility; then, via a writ of possession got my client her property back when her ex-husband was illegally squatting; $35,000 settlement for a client with no return of equipment required; and, had my clients (finally after 1.5 years of lockout) remove sold equipment off the premises of the adversary. I settled a case pending at LASC for two years for $180K. I work as general counsel on collection cases for a local garment company. I’ve worked on TROs/PIs for businesses. I work on demand letters, settlement releases, promissory notes, preliminary terms, and transactional agreements. Prior to this, I worked for several law firms and lawyers. I have repeat clients happy with my work. I graduated from Northwestern Law School in Chicago, Illinois.

$350/hour (Negotiable for Memorial Day ONLY to $250) with a $3,000 retainer agreement (non-disclosure/ confidentiality for attorney-client privilege, and fees), and/or work on hybrid contingency all reduced in writing in a retainer agreement to be signed at the beginning of the attorney-client work relationship.
