    DKFON.com Return & Refund Rules

    1. Eligibility for Return

    • Returns are only accepted within the designated return window (typically 7 to 30 days from delivery).
    • Items must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
    • Returns for personalized, perishable, or health-related items are not accepted.

    2. Return Process

    • Return request forms must be submitted through DKFON.com.
    • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) and clear photos of the item(s) are required for all return requests.
    • Once submitted, DKFON.com will assess your request and notify you within 3-5 business days.

    3. Return Shipping Fees

    • The buyer may be responsible for return shipping fees, except for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
    • Prepaid return labels may be provided if the return is due to a platform error.

    4. Refund Process

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 days after the return is processed.
    • In some cases, store credit or replacement options will be offered instead of a refund.

    5. Restocking Fees

    • Restocking fees (10-20%) may apply, especially for high-cost items such as electronics.

    6. Damaged or Defective Items

    • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, DKFON.com will offer a free return and may provide a full refund or exchange at no extra cost.

    7. Mediation Service

    • For added protection, buyers and sellers may use Mediation or Ship on Hold services to ensure secure transactions.
    • DKFON.com is not responsible for refunds or returns unless these services are used.
