Sales Terms & Conditions – DKFON.com
1. General Terms
1.1. These terms govern the sale of used and brand-new consumer electronics, including but not limited to mobile phones, laptops, tablets, and accessories, to and from DKFON.com.
1.2. By selling or purchasing a device through DKFON.com, the user agrees to these terms and conditions.
1.3. DKFON.com reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Device Condition & Grading
2.1. Devices are categorized as follows:
- Brand New – Factory-sealed, unused, with full manufacturer warranty.
- New/Open Box – Unused, in original packaging, but opened.
- Used – Excellent – Fully functional with minimal wear.
- Used – Good – Fully functional with moderate wear.
- Used – Fair – Fully functional with heavy cosmetic wear.
- Non-Working (For Parts) – Not functional, sold for parts or repair.
2.2. The seller must provide an accurate description of the device’s condition. Devices that do not match the described condition may be subject to a revised offer.
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1. Prices are determined based on the device’s model, condition, market demand, and resale value.
3.2. Payment is processed via cryptocurrency, bank transfer, credit card, or DKFON Coin.
3.3. DKFON.com reserves the right to adjust the final payment based on actual device condition upon inspection.
3.4. Payments will be processed within 48 hours of successful inspection and verification.
4. Shipping & Handling
4.1. The seller is responsible for securely packaging the device to prevent damage during transit.
4.2. Shipping costs are covered by DKFON.com only if a prepaid shipping label is provided; otherwise, the seller bears the cost.
4.3. The seller must provide valid tracking information after shipping.
4.4. DKFON.com is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments due to improper packaging.
5. Inspection & Acceptance
5.1. DKFON.com has 3-5 business days upon receipt to inspect the device.
5.2. If the device does not match the described condition, DKFON.com may issue a revised offer or return the device at the seller’s expense.
5.3. If no response is received from the seller within 7 days of a revised offer, DKFON.com will proceed with processing based on the adjusted valuation.
6. Returns & Disputes
6.1. Returns are accepted only if the device differs significantly from the described condition.
6.2. The seller must respond to disputes within 7 business days of notification.
6.3. If a resolution cannot be reached, a third-party arbitrator may be involved.
7. Data Security & Ownership
7.1. The seller must remove all personal data and perform a factory reset before shipping.
7.2. The seller must ensure the device is not iCloud/Google locked, blacklisted, or reported stolen.
7.3. DKFON.com reserves the right to reject locked or stolen devices and may take legal action if necessary.
7.4. Once sold, the seller relinquishes all ownership claims to the device.
8. Warranty & Liability
8.1. Brand New Products Warranty: All brand-new products sold through DKFON.com come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand and product. Customers should check the warranty terms provided by the manufacturer.
8.2. Used Devices Warranty: Unless explicitly stated, used devices are sold as-is with no warranties.
8.3. DKFON.com is not liable for damages caused by improper handling, unauthorized repairs, or software modifications post-sale.
8.4. DKFON.com is not responsible for any data left on the device.
9. Brand New Product Returns & Refunds
9.1. Returns for brand-new products are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
9.2. Opened or used brand-new products may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% or may be ineligible for return.
9.3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an error on DKFON.com’s part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
9.4. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
10. Third-Party Sales & Purchases
10.1. DKFON.com may facilitate third-party sales and purchases through its platform. However, DKFON.com does not guarantee the condition, authenticity, or legitimacy of third-party transactions.
10.2. Buyers and sellers engaging in third-party transactions through DKFON.com do so at their own risk. DKFON.com shall not be liable for disputes, fraud, or losses incurred.
10.3. DKFON.com reserves the right to mediate disputes at its discretion but is not obligated to provide refunds or guarantees for third-party transactions.
10.4. Third-party sellers must comply with DKFON.com’s grading, data security, and device ownership policies. Non-compliance may result in account suspension or legal action.
11. DKFON.com Sales Mediation Service
11.1. DKFON.com offers a sales mediation service to facilitate secure transactions between buyers and sellers.
11.2. The mediation service includes verifying device conditions, managing payment transactions, and resolving disputes.
11.3. Sellers opting for mediation must ship their devices to DKFON.com for inspection before buyer payment is processed.
11.4. Buyers will receive the device only after DKFON.com verifies that it meets the agreed condition.
11.5. If a dispute arises, DKFON.com will mediate based on documented evidence from both parties and make a final decision.
11.6. DKFON.com charges a service fee for mediation, which will be deducted from the final transaction amount.
12. DKFON.com Escrow & SGS Services
12.1. Escrow Service: DKFON.com provides an escrow service to ensure secure transactions. Funds from buyers are held in escrow until the device has been received and verified by DKFON.com. Once verified, the payment is released to the seller.
12.2. SGS (Secure Goods Service): DKFON.com offers SGS verification to confirm device authenticity, condition, and compliance with listing descriptions before finalizing transactions.
13. Dropshipping & Brokerage Fee
13.1. DKFON.com provides dropshipping services for sellers looking to fulfill orders directly from suppliers to end customers.
13.2. Dropshipping services are subject to a handling fee, which varies based on order volume and location.
13.3. DKFON.com charges a brokerage fee for sourcing, negotiating, and securing bulk purchases or high-value items.
13.4. Brokerage fees are agreed upon before transaction processing and are non-refundable.
14. Financing & Credit Sales Services
14.1. DKFON.com offers financing and credit sales services for eligible buyers, allowing them to purchase products through installment payments.
14.2. Financing is subject to approval based on buyer creditworthiness and transaction history.
14.3. A financing fee and interest rate may apply, disclosed before finalizing the transaction.
14.4. Late payments may incur penalties, and failure to comply with payment terms may result in account suspension or legal action.
15. Governing Law
15.1. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DKFON.com operates.
15.2. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with these terms and applicable laws.
