A new gasoline engine generally needs a running in period of more than 500 km. The same is true after the cylinder and piston ring are damaged and renewed. 2, Operation method:
1. Preparation before starting:
Add the oil mixture with the specified proportion through the oil tank port; check the clutch, brake, tire, etc. 2. Starting and driving:
① Open the fuel tank switch and close the carburetor damper.
② Put the throttle control handle to the slow position.
③ Press down the start-up compensation valve body of the carburetor (hand pump oil).
④ When the speed reaches 15 km / h, release the clutch slowly. At the same time, gradually increase the throttle and continue to ride until the gasoline engine runs normally. Through the throttle handle to change the size of the throttle opening to make the car reach the required speed.
⑤ Open the carburetor damper.
3. Shutdown method:
① When the bicycle stops, the gasoline engine continues to run at idle speed: put the throttle to the slow position to slow down the vehicle, release the clutch, and then brake, the car stops, and the gasoline engine idles.
② Both bicycle and gasoline engine stop: the throttle is put to the slow position, the car decelerates, the clutch is disengaged, and then the brake, the car stops, the throttle handle is closed, and the gasoline engine stops running. (the new throttle handle has a flameout switch. Press the flameout switch directly to stop the gasoline engine). When the gasoline engine stops running, the fuel tank switch should be turned off immediately to prevent accidents caused by oil leakage.
4. Proper use of gasoline engine;
① When the cold car is started, the speed shall not be increased suddenly.
② After the bicycle stops, the idle speed of the gasoline engine shall not be too high, and it shall not run for a long time to prevent damage to the gasoline engine due to poor cooling.
③ Do not rely on the clutch to loosen and pinch to change the speed, otherwise, the clutch friction plate will wear too fast, power can not be transmitted.
④ The relaxation degree of the chain should be appropriate, which can be adjusted by the guide wheel.
