A：Most of our ESS and EPS products are acquired CE, ROHS,MSDS,UN38.3, UL1973, which is able to satisfy most country’s importing requirements.
Q：How long is the delivery time of your products?
A：The delivery time for household ESS(without inverter)product is generally 3-5days, for household EPS(with inverter) product is generally 5-7days. For HPS(High voltage Stackable Module) product need 10-15 days.
Q：How do you ship the goods since they are high capacity battery ?
A：We have the shipment documents, and package is wooden box, also we have long-term cooperated forwarders who are professional at battery shipment.
Q：Can you supply solar panels? Can you recommend the solar panels for each product?
A：We can provide solar panels if customer need, engineer will give you professional suggestions
