Russian warehouse only have silicone keyboard cover with Russian letters.
Spain warehouse have German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, French keyboard stickers.
Poland warehouse only have Polish keyboard stickers.
Germany warehouse only have German keyboard stickers.
Gift 2: plug Adapter
We will send EU/US/UK/Australia/New Zealand plug adapter as gift.
when you place order from Spain warehouse, we will send EU plug adapter.
1) Storage and Language
The origianl keyboards are English. We only have Russian, Spanish, German, French, Arabic and Hebrew stickers. The OS of our device supports 100+ languages.
The actual available storage is not equal to the written number, the reason we can explain is that the software configuration will occupy part of storage. The final available storage you can check the Antutu scores screenshot.
*We cannot accept the dispute over RAM/ROM difference.
2) About warranty
Please provide us with the proof of video if products have any problem after receiving the parcel within 7 days, we will offer replacement or refund after confirming the problem.
4) About taxs
An unpacking video and shipping lable of the package are necessary if any breakage before delivery.
