Description
Important note 1: calf electric vehicle will have energy recovery system when braking. The reverse impulse voltage is greater than 150V and the current is up to 230A, which will instantly break down the module. Therefore, it is not suitable for use in electric vehicles with energy recovery.
Note 2: 38020007 has been upgraded to 38020015. The PCB is further designed with lower heating and more reliable. M3 screw hole is changed to M4, which is more applicable.
All use the new and original German Infineon original MOS control tube, and do not use second-hand or unknown source components to ensure safe, reliable and stable operation at all times.
