Post-processing intelligent high-temperature regeneration equipment

3.The control system adopts programmable intelligent PLC control and multi stage temperature control. It has automatic temperature rise and fall program, PID function, and high temperature control accuracy.

4.304 stainless steel inner chamber is used, which is sturdy and durable. The internal insulation layer is made of high-quality Aluminium silicate fiberboard, which has the advantages of energy saving and high temperature deformation free. The thermal insulation effect is 30% more energy-saving than ordinary fiber, and the regeneration effect is increased by about 25%!

5.Turn on the power setting program, the device will automatically work and stop automatically after the work is completed. The equipment is energy-saving and efficient, easy to operate, fast to heat up, lightweight in appearance, and superior in performance!

6.The strong cooling mode can quickly reduce the temperature inside the furnace and increase work efficiency after the renewable end!

Product Usage

The post-processing intelligent high-temperature regeneration equipment is an intelligent and easy to operate SCR and DPF regeneration equipment, suitable for the comprehensive removal of carbon and particles in the post-processing SCR. DPF system of six passenger, freight, and heavy-duty vehicles, so as to restore the SCR. DPF system components to a good state and achieve the purpose of regeneration!

Use environmental conditions

1) Environmental temperature; 0 ℃ -50 ℃;

2) Relative humidity 0% -65%;

3) Ventilation, no vibration, no dust, flammable gases, oil mist, dripping water;

4) It is strictly prohibited to stack flammable and explosive materials within 1 meter around the equipment!

5) There is an exhaust hole on the top of the equipment, which can automatically connect and exhaust smoke.

Special reminder!

1. The power supply wire of the equipment with a national standard of 6 square meters and a load greater than 63A must be equipped with a neutral line and cannot be reversed, and Residual-current device and effective grounding must be installed,

2. The voltage should not be lower than 380V, as internal electrical appliances of the equipment will be damaged below 380V.

The maximum operating temperature of the 3 high-temperature box is 700 degrees! It is recommended to use a temperature sensor between 500 and 600 degrees, located at the upper end of the box.

When the internal temperature of the high-temperature box exceeds 200 degrees, it is prohibited to open the furnace door. Take protective measures when taking and placing work–pieces!

5. Regenerated parts can be placed on shelves when entering the furnace, and the surrounding area should not be in direct contact with the furnace wall or the electric furnace wire to ensure smooth placement. The door should be lightly locked.

6. Check whether the temperature value is normal every time you start the machine!

7. Clean the internal dust of the high-temperature box after each use.

8. The device can generate surface high temperature during operation. Please wear protective measures when touching the device!

9. Please turn off the main power supply when the device is not in use.

Usage and precaution

1) Power supply connection; Connect the four core 380V power cord larger than 6 square meters according to the national standard to the equipment terminal switch in sequence, pay attention to distinguishing between the zero and live wires, and strictly prohibit incorrect connection (usually black is the zero wire). After safe connection, use a multimeter to measure without any errors before starting the equipment.

2) Check if the instrument is in a safe and energized state.

3) Place the power switch knob in the NO state

4) The power indicator lights up when the power switch is turned on.

Regeneration process

1) Use a lift truck or hand lift to smoothly place the recycled parts in a high-temperature furnace for safe placement and effective fixation. Cut the recycled parts facing down or back!

2) Close the furnace door and ensure it is securely locked.

3) Set the regeneration temperature and time.

4) Press the “Start” key on the Home screen to display that it is in the process of starting, and the regeneration can be completed automatically.

5) Real time temperature value: Only when the natural temperature drops below around 200 degrees can the high-temperature box door be safely opened! Take out the recycled parts smoothly with protective measures using a lift truck.

6) Long working hours of the regeneration furnace can cause high temperature on the surface of the equipment, and unprotected contact is strictly prohibited!

Introduction to High Temperature Box Operation

1) Preparation before regeneration; Adjust the “Initial Temperature” in the “Parameter Setting Interface”, which can be adjusted according to the degree of DPF blockage,

2) The “set temperature value” refers to the temperature at each stage to be carried out, while the “real-time temperature value” refers to the current temperature inside the high-temperature box. The ‘running time’ refers to the total time that regeneration runs.

3) The curve graph can visually display the temperature rise curve value during operation (for reference)

4) The Unit of time of the Holding Time is minute, which refers to the holding time after the Initial Temperature and Middle Temperature arrive. It is recommended that the minimum value be set to 2 minutes. The factory set values for “Initial Temperature” and “Intermediate Temperature” are 200-400 degrees Celsius.

5) The “regeneration time” refers to the holding time after the “constant temperature” reaches. Based on the size of the regenerated parts and the degree of blockage, it is recommended to set the value to 50-150 minutes. The factory set value of ‘Regeneration Temperature’ is 550 degrees.

6) It is recommended to set the SCR “regeneration temperature” to around 500-550 degrees Celsius and the regeneration time to about 60 minutes, while the DPF “constant temperature” is set to around 550-600 degrees Celsius and the regeneration time to about 60 minutes.

4) Put the regenerated parts into the rack in the bin and put them in the right position. Close the equipment and lock the door tightly. Press the Start button on the Home screen to display that they are starting, and the regeneration can be completed automatically.

5) During the regeneration process, the equipment will automatically rise and fall after reaching the set temperature.

6) After the end of the regeneration, the “strong cooling” mode can be opened to cool down quickly

“Real-time temperature value” natural cooling is less than 200 degrees before the high temperature box furnace door can be opened safely!

Warning：at too high temperature, do not open the furnace door!
