2) Diamond & Metal Upgrade: All diamonds used in the settings can be upgraded to full cut, VS/VVS clarity.
Metal upgrade to 9K/10K/14K/18k/24K White/Yellow/Rose gold is also available upon request.
We also offer two-toned design for most settings. Please feel free to contact me if you are interested in this service.
3) Jewelry Design Reproduction: If you want a design that is not currently available in my store,
I will be happy to work with you to reproduce it.

Item must be in its original condition showing no signs of wear, damage, or alternation.
All original accessories shipped must be returned.
In case of defects found, only factory defects are accepted as the reason of return.
No refund is given if defect is caused by misuse of buyers.
Item returned must be shipped within 30 days of receiving it.
Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping it to us.
If you are returning a customized item (resizing, design modification, or design reproduction), a $30 fee will be deducted from your refund.
