2. About Samsung Language:

（1）When you turn on the phone, maybe there only have Deutsch / French / Spanish / Portuguese / Italian / Japanese / Korean / Vietnamese / Chinese languages options, but you can add your languages by yourself easily. If you don’t know howto do it,

please contact us to get help, we will send you video for adding languages.

（2）some languages (such as Russian, Arabic, Hebrew, Polish etc) are only partial in this phone. That means, even you set the default language Into Russian / Arabic / Hebrew / Polish, there still have about 50% menus showing in English.

But Deutsch / French / Spanish / Portuguese / talian / Japanese / Korean / Vietnamese / Chinese languages are completed.

3. About Storage:

The Intermal storage will be less than specicatlon, since part of It wlill be occupled by built-in system and apps. For example, ROM is 16GB, but only 11-13GB can be used, it is normal.

4.About Accessories：

Accessories are not original, but with good quality,Maybe some specifications wrote on the box are not correct, but the
phones are original with official correct specifications. Any dispute for "Fake accessories"will not be accepted, and no refund will be made for this kind of situation.

5.About Repair and Warranty Sticker:
